Can I run SwiftServe without internet?
Yes. The POS terminal writes every sale to a local SQLite database. The cloud sync runs in the background. Even if your internet is out for the whole day, you keep selling and printing receipts — everything pushes up the moment you reconnect.
What does the ₨3,000 actually include?
Every module: POS, recipes, inventory, purchase orders, suppliers, customers, payroll, attendance, shifts, accounting, general ledger, billing dashboard. Unlimited terminals. Unlimited orders. There is no metered usage tier.
How do I get the discount?
Automatic. The cloud panel computes the discount based on how many days before your renewal date you submit payment. Pay 14+ days early → 10% off. 7+ days → 5%. 3+ days → 2%. The discounted amount is pre-filled when you click "Submit Payment".
What happens if I miss a payment?
You get a 7-day grace period. During grace, your cloud panel shows a warning banner but everything keeps working. After day 7, the cloud panel is paused — but your POS terminals keep selling. Submit payment, panel reactivates instantly.
Can I use my existing printer?
Most likely yes. Any 80mm thermal printer that Windows recognizes will work. We've tested BlackCopper, Epson TM-T20, Xprinter, HOIN, and a dozen others. If yours isn't auto-detected, message support — we'll add the profile in 24 hours.
How do I migrate from my current system?
We do it for you, free, during your trial. Send us your existing menu, customer list, and supplier ledger as Excel/CSV — or even a photo — and we'll import it. Go-live in one afternoon.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All traffic uses HTTPS + JWT auth. Cloud backups run nightly with 30-day retention. Your data belongs to you — export everything as Excel any time you want.
Do you offer per-outlet pricing for chains?
